Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may request membership withdrawal. Continued use of the Services after 7 days from the effective date of the amended Terms will be deemed agreement to the changes.
① These Terms become effective upon being posted on the service screen, notice board, or other means of communication.
② The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms will be announced on the service screen, and continued use after 7 days from the announcement will be deemed agreement to the changes.
③ If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, they may stop using the Services and cancel their membership registration. Continued use will be deemed agreement to the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Applicable Regulations)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow the provisions of the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws.
The service agreement is formed by the Company's acceptance of the User's application and the User's agreement to these Terms.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
Applications for use can be submitted by filling out the personal information required in the application form provided by the Company on the membership information screen.
Article 7 (Acceptance of Application for Use)
① The Company will approve the application for service use unless there are special circumstances, provided all the required details are accurately filled out.
② The Company may refuse to approve the application in the following cases:
1. If the application is not submitted under the real name of the applicant.
2. If another person's name is used.
3. If false information is provided.
4. If the application is made with the intent to disrupt public order or morality.
5. If other application requirements set by the Company are not met.
Article 8 (Changes to Agreement Details)
Members must update any changes to their registered details. The Member is responsible for any problems arising from failure to update such changes.
The Company will not disclose or distribute the Member's personal information obtained in relation to service provision without the Member's consent. However, exceptions apply if required by law or for investigation purposes.
Article 10 (Member's Obligations)
① Members must not engage in the following activities:
1. Unauthorized use of another Member’s ID.
2. Reproducing, publishing, or providing information obtained from the Service to third parties.
3. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
4. Disseminating content that violates public order or morality.
5. Engaging in activities objectively judged to be criminal.
6. Violating any relevant laws.
② Members are not allowed to use the Service for commercial purposes. The Company is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from such usage.
③ Members may not transfer, assign, or provide their service rights or contractual positions to others.

③ Members must not post content on the Company’s website that violates public order, morality, or infringes on third-party copyrights or other rights. Members are fully responsible for any consequences resulting from such actions.
1. Content that slanders or defames other members or third parties.
2. Content that violates public order and morality.
3. Content that is linked to criminal activities.
4. Content that infringes on the copyrights or other rights of the Company or third parties.
5. Content containing obscene material or links to pornographic websites.
6. Content deemed to violate applicable laws.
1. Unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance or repairs of service facilities.
2. When telecommunications providers suspend services in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act.
3. When system maintenance is required.
4. Other force majeure circumstances.
② The Company may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice if a member engages in the following:
1. Unauthorized use of another member’s ID and password.
2. Intentional disruption of service operations.
3. Submitting false registration details.
4. Registering multiple IDs under the same user.
5. Disseminating content that disrupts public order and morality.
6. Defaming or harming others.
7. Sending excessive or unsolicited advertisements to disrupt stable service operations.
8. Spreading computer viruses causing malfunction or destruction of information systems.
9. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
10. Unauthorized use of another’s personal information, ID, or password.
11. Posting obscene content or links to such sites.
12. Violating any applicable laws.
② The Company is not responsible for damages caused by unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance or repairs.
③ The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the member's negligence.
④ The Company is not responsible for expected benefits or information obtained through the Service.
⑤ The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by members.

③ Members must not post content on the Company’s website that violates public order, morality, or infringes on third-party copyrights or other rights. Members are fully responsible for any consequences resulting from such actions.
Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
To ensure efficient service operation, the Company may limit the memory space, message size, and storage period of posts. The following types of content may be deleted without prior notice:1. Content that slanders or defames other members or third parties.
2. Content that violates public order and morality.
3. Content that is linked to criminal activities.
4. Content that infringes on the copyrights or other rights of the Company or third parties.
5. Content containing obscene material or links to pornographic websites.
6. Content deemed to violate applicable laws.
Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of posts belongs to the original poster. Members are prohibited from commercially using any information obtained through the Service by processing or selling it.Article 14 (Service Hours)
The Service is available 24/7 throughout the year unless there are specific operational or technical issues. However, regular maintenance may temporarily disrupt the Service.Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)

① Members wishing to terminate their use agreement must submit a termination request through the internet. The Company will confirm the member’s identity and process the request.② The Company may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice if a member engages in the following:
1. Unauthorized use of another member’s ID and password.
2. Intentional disruption of service operations.
3. Submitting false registration details.
4. Registering multiple IDs under the same user.
5. Disseminating content that disrupts public order and morality.
6. Defaming or harming others.
7. Sending excessive or unsolicited advertisements to disrupt stable service operations.
8. Spreading computer viruses causing malfunction or destruction of information systems.
9. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
10. Unauthorized use of another’s personal information, ID, or password.
11. Posting obscene content or links to such sites.
12. Violating any applicable laws.
Chapter 6: Miscellaneous
Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members may not transfer, assign, or provide their service rights or contractual positions to others.Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
